Nelly's Flowers And Plants

Nellie’s is a great family owned flower & plant shop in Brooklyn located at the Broadway Triangle. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good selection of various types of plants and are happy to help you find an indoor or outdoor plant for your home. They also sell beautiful flower arrangements - great for special occasions! They also have a nice old cat. Highly recommended Nellie’s!

I called the day before to ask for a morning delivery the next day, with a special note. Flowers were delivered exactly as requested, note was done well and bouquet was gorgeous. This neighborhood florist is awesome and I'd highly recommend to anyone!

I’m not usually someone who leaves bad reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. I sent flowers as a birthday surprise for my sister. Instead of delivering them to her, they were left with the doorman and never given to her. By the time she finally received them, the flowers were already completely wilted. Because it was meant to be a surprise gift, I couldn’t ask her about it on the same day. The flowers were expensive, and when I called the store to ask about the delivery, the person who answered (possibly the owner) was extremely rude and took no responsibility. They even hung up on me and said it wasn’t their problem and that my sister should have checked with the doorman. My sister didn’t even know flowers were coming—how was she supposed to check? This was a really disappointing experience, and I will not be using this shop again. I would not recommend this shop. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, but it does not address my main concern. My complaint is not only about the delivery itself, but also about how I was treated when I called your shop. The person I spoke with was rude, interrupted me, took no responsibility, and even hung up on me. Regardless of who accepted

I LOVE this place! Nellys flowers is not only a beautiful place to shop (immediately feel like you’re in a jungle) but they also have the best looking houseplants in the neighborhood, big and small. Super accessible, right out side of the G train. Staff is super friendly & super knowledgeable on houseplants. Thanks Nellys!

Nelly’s has easily become one of my go to flower shops in the city! They have an amazing selection of rare and common houseplants. The prices are very affordable and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I also love their “rare plant drops” and holiday giveaways!
